The demands of the Syrian people Freedom Freedom Freedom Freedom means:

1 - A president-elect. The duration of his rule will be limited to four years.
2 - The elected parliament will be chosen the council of ministers to form a government.
3 - Members of Parliament (House of Representatives) are fully elected by the people for the duration of 4 years.
4 - The Judiciary must be independent of the executive branch, presidential and legislative elections. All Syrians are equal before the law.
5 - Freedom of the press (or Press Freedom), which reveals the mistakes of government and criticize it without any influence or pressure the executive branch.
6 - Establishing a high committee for national elections. For this commission will be assigned any gaps that may occur with legislative and change laws on elections. Parliament will approve or reject the law.
7 - Establishment of a Constitutional Court will analyze conflicts between the three authorities: the executive (Prime Minister and President of the Republic), the Legislature (MPs and Parliament) and Judiciary.
8 - Establish a military institution that should be entrusted to protect citizens and the borders of Syria.
9 - Establish a security force to maintain public order and public morals.
10 - Interruption of the Republican Guard and merge your team with military personnel (staff) and fulfill the high level of the soldier to the rank of Brigadier
11 - The abolition of all signs of the emergency laws Terrorism and sectarian
12 - The cancellation of customary courts and military and all decisions pending.
13 - Freedom of political expression for all Syrians, anywhere without pursuing them by the security forces.
14 - Deny Syrian arrest anyone without a valid order of the Court.
15 - All the Syrians are equal before the law.
16 - Each Syria has the right to practice their rituals intellectual, ideological and religious

Some extra points:

A - All the Syrians are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.

B-Everyone has the right to life, liberty and personal security.

C - No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment.

D - Everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law.

And - All Syrians are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of law.

F - Everyone is entitled in full equality to a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal, the determination of his rights and obligations and the foundation of any criminal charge against him.

G - No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile.
