Popular demand - The demands of the Syrian people.
The demands of the Syrian people Freedom Freedom Freedom Freedom means:
1 - A president-elect. The duration of his rule will be limited to four years.
2 - The elected parliament will be chosen the council of ministers to form a government.
3 - Members of Parliament (House of Representatives) are fully elected by the people for the duration of 4 years.
4 - The Judiciary must be independent of the executive branch, presidential and legislative elections. All Syrians are equal before the law.

G - No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile.

Demandas populares - As exigências do povo sírio.
As demandas da Síria pessoas Liberdade Liberdade Liberdade Liberdade significa:
1 - Um presidente eleito. A duração de seu governo será restrito a 4 anos.
2 - O parlamento eleito será escolhido o conselho de ministros para formar o governo.
3 - Os membros do Parlamento (Câmara dos Deputados) são totalmente eleitos pelo povo para a duração de 4 anos.
4 - O Poder Judiciário deve ser independente do Poder Executivo, presidenciais e legislativas. Todos os sírios são iguais perante a lei.
5 - A liberdade de imprensa (ou Liberdade de Imprensa), que revela os erros do governo e criticar-lo sem qualquer influência ou pressão do Poder Executivo.
6 - Estabelecer uma alta comissão especializada nas eleições nacionais. Para esta comissão será atribuída quaisquer lacunas que podem ocorrer nos processos legislativo e alteração de leis sobre as eleições. O Parlamento vai aprovar ou rejeitar a lei.
7 - Estabelecimento de um Tribunal Constitucional que analizará conflitos entre as três autoridades: o Poder Executivo (Primeiro-Ministro e Presidente da República), o Poder Legislativo (deputados e do Parlamento) e do Judiciário.
8 - Estabelecer uma instituição militar que deve ser confiada a protecção dos cidadãos e as fronteiras da Síria.
9 - Estabelecer uma força de segurança pública para manter a ordem e moral pública.
10 - A interrupção da Guarda Republicana e fundir sua equipe com o pessoal militar (pessoal) e cumprir a alto nível, do soldado ao posto de Brigadeiro
11 - A abolição de todos os sinais das leis de emergência Terrorismo e sectária
12 - A cancelamento de tribunais consuetudinários e militar e todas as decisões pendentes.
13 - Liberdade de expressão política para todos os sírios, em qualquer lugar sem persegui-los pelas forças de segurança.
14 - Negar prender qualquer sírio sem uma ordem válida do Tribunal.
15 - Todos os sírios são iguais perante a lei.
16 - Cada sírio tem o direito de exercer seus rituais intelectual, ideológica e religiosa
Alguns pontos extras:
A - Todos os sírios nascem livres e iguais em dignidade e direitos. São dotados de razão e consciência e devem agir em relação uns aos outros com espírito de fraternidade.
B-Todo mundo tem o direito à vida, liberdade e segurança pessoal.
C - Ninguém será submetido a tortura ou a tratamentos cruéis, desumanos ou degradantes.
D - Toda pessoa tem direito ao reconhecimento em todos os lugares como uma pessoa perante a lei.
E - Todos os sírios são iguais perante a lei e têm direito, sem qualquer distinção, a igual proteção da lei.
F - Toda pessoa tem direito, em plena igualdade, a uma audiência justa e pública por um tribunal independente e imparcial, para decidir de seus direitos e deveres ou do fundamento de qualquer acusação criminal contra ele.
G - Ninguém será arbitrariamente preso, detido ou exilado.

Foram encontrado 10 corpos depositados em uma das valas mas sabe-se do desaparecimento de centenas de pessoas em toda região. As imagens foram gravadas pela Rede Sham de Notícias.
Mesmo com cenas fortes, torna-se muito importante a comprovação dos crimes contra a humanidade cometidos por este governo desumano e desequilibrado. Eram apenas pessoas que reclamavam seus direitos de cidadãos.

Elas são encapuzadas e levadas para um local completamente desconhecido, onde são torturadas e mortas. As pessoas que são devolvidas para a sociedade, jamais conseguem descrever o acesso ao local mesmo tendo passado semanas aprisionadas no complexo.

Os acessos oficias que cruzam a fronteira entre a Síria e o Líbano agora são bloqueados por grande massa de forças de seguranças e o exército sírio. Mas existem lugares improvisados que com um pouco de dificuldade, permitem chegar ao lado Líbano, mas não só estas passagens e brechas estão sendo ostensivamente combatidas, como as cidades e bairros localizados próximos à fronteira , agora têm sofrido pesados bombardeios, para impedir a fuga de civis, que provavelmente poderão mostar ao mundo o que realmente acontece por trás da violenta barreira em Damasco, Daraa e Homs.

Agências árabes de notícias já chegaram a noticiar a fuga de pelo menos 500 pessoas, principalmente mulheres e crianças em um único dia para o Líbano.
A "Rede Cham" de notícias da Síria em sua página no facebook, tem confirmado que mísseis do exército Sírio têm sido lançados no lado do Líbano para atacar os refugiados.
A Aljazeera publicou o testemunho de um jovem que foi preso e torturado por tentar fugir da cidade do Banyas para uma aldeia no interior:
A mesma agência ainda notificou que mais de 7000 pessoas comuns estão sendo mantidas arbitráriamente em prisões improvisadas por toda a Síria.
